Sending a Share or Message to a Group

By default, ARDI has you sending messages to groups rather than individuals, so sending messages to a group doesn't require you to do anything special.

The steps are as follows….

1) Press the 'Collaboration' icon

2) Choose 'Groups' to open the group list. (If you want to send a message to everyone in the default group, skip ahead to step 5)

3) Choose the group you want to join and hit the Join button on the right of the group name.

4) Close the group panel with the Close button.

5) Open the Messaging or Share panel

6) Type in the message you want to send, then hit 'Enter' or 'Return', or click on the item you want to share.
