Sending a Share or Message to an Individual

By default, ARDI has you sending messages to groups rather than individuals. If you want to send a message to a particular person, you'll need to select them from the ARDI Group Panel.

The steps are as follows….

1) Press the 'Collaboration' icon

2) Choose 'Groups' to open the group list.

3) Find the individual you want to communicate with and click the Message or Share icons next to their name.

4) Type in the message you want to send, then hit 'Enter' or 'Return', or click on the item you want to share.

When you are finished sending messages to that person, click on your name at the top-right of any of the collaboration windows. This will disable private chat and you will return to sending messages to the group you are in.
