Changing Asset Service Status

To take an asset out-of-service or mark the asset as being back in service, you access the Asset Maintenance Page.

To mark an asset as out-of-service, click on the green box. This will pop open a text entry area, allowing you to describe why this asset is out of service.

Simply fill in the details, and hit submit to mark the asset as out-of-service.

This is almost identical to taking an asset out-of-service, but requires one less step.

All you need to do is click on the red 'Out-Of-Service' block - the asset will be restored to service.
