Work Orders
Most maintenance solutions use some form of Work Order system to schedule work on-site.
Work Orders are allocated to individuals or teams and provide all of the guidance needed for them to complete their work on-site. It provides scheduling for the job and an information package for those who are going to work on it.
This includes information like…
- The type of work,
- The asset they need to work on,
- The date the work needs to be performed on,
- Instructions for isolating equipment,
- Instructions for performing the job safely,
- Instructions for re-energising equipment.
You can see work orders from the Work Order List and the Asset Maintenance Page.
