Modular Output Testing

This addon is used by administrators to create and test Modular Output System configurations.

It can be used to ensure that notifications work as-expected and to correctly format, filter and otherwise configure setting a single point of data, or writing a single event.

Firstly, choose which method you would like to test. Note that not every available Modular Output System method has a pre-built test available.

For example, you might choose to test sending an email, writing to a database, or simply logging an event to a text file.

Fill in the settings in the provided JSON file. Remember to include event codes where possible.

Finally, set the details of the value or event you want to write - such as the name and value of a point of data, or the event name and duration of an event.

Once you've chosen, press the Test button to write your data through the output system.
