A Disabled/Hidden Report Keeps Appearing

In general, this issue isn't caused by our system, but is instead caused by report deployment methods.

Check the server to ensure that the report has really been removed from the server.

If the issue continues, you can place a '#' at the start of the reports name in the info.txt file, which should hide the report in the web interface.
