FirstRun

The FirstRun function is part of the Trigger class.

It returns True if this is the first time the trigger has been executed.

This is primarily used when you're triggering on both types of edge (ie. the function is being called both when the condition becomes true and the condition becomes false).

When triggering on both the rising and falling edge, the trigger function will be run when the system first starts up.

In certain cases, you might not want to generate any information on this first event.
